Volume 10. Chapter 24: The Cultivator Reunites With Her Wife. (Chapter 925)

Chapter 24: The Cultivator Reunites With Her Wife.

Unable to wake up those… fools, I had no choice but to go pick up Celia. She was still relaxing in Gu’s overly luxurious castle. Or rather, Guanyu can ask Celia to leave; I just needed to teleport that Cultivator to her (our) dearest wife.

Celia: “Guanyu, it is… so good to see you again.” She said with a blindingly bright smile, pulling Guanyu into a tight hug, tearing up a bit.

Guanyu: “Yes… I feel the same.” She replied with her own smile, not only accepting the hug, but returning a stronger one.

Apart from those two replies, no further words were spoken between Celia and Guanyu. Words, while important, were something that this family didn’t always need to express their love, you see.

Fore: “…” “Are all of Celia’s wives, my moms, this beautiful?” She thought with an excited tone.

Marni: “…” “This girl… isn’t a wife of Celia’s that I know of.” She said in her mind with a conflicted tone.

Angels are pretty pure, as you would guess from their race’s namesake. Alas, now part of Celia’s family, Marni will have to get used to her large list of mothers…

  A Few Hours Later.

Guanyu: “Those two seem distant, but these four are close to you, Celia. What is the relation?” She asked with a serious yet light tone, making her position in the harem obvious to the newbie family members.

The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

Celia: “Shuren, Marni, and Fore are my newest daughters. Amelie is one of my mothers from the last life, whom I recently reunited with.” She calmly answered, not noticing the Cultivator’s true intention with her line of questioning.

Guanyu: “Oh? So, this little kidnapping thing was positive.” She replied with a feigned smile, directing these words not to Celia, but to Gu.

Gu: “…” “This woman is… even more terrifying than the Highest Goddess in the room, the sole being of that Evolution in existence! I just wanted to play a game, and I didn’t even intentionally kidnap Celia…” She exclaimed with pure horror in her thoughts, thankfully, for her heart, unaware that Celia’s family was 99% Highest Goddesses.

Since Gu was still living, Guanyu wouldn’t kill her now. At her age, the Cultivator was more than willing to go along with what her younger wife wanted to do.

  After An Explanation.

  Celia: “…”

Guanyu: “What are you silent about, dear? Runey’s mischief, or your family all sleeping until you wake up? Ah, please do not get it wrong; you were summoned to this island after the curse was cast. It was actually very splendid timing, as our family would have gone a bit insane in searching for you…” She asked with a coaxing tone.

Celia: “My silence isn’t because of that, Guanyu.” She denied with an awkward expression.

Guanyu: “Then… why?” She replied with a head tilt.

Celia: “Xena getting tricked like that is… odd. So I am worried about her.” She clarified with a concerned thinking pose.

Guanyu: “Hm… You’re right about that. I half-believe that she let them trick her. Although that is also unlikely, considering her personality.” She added with a thinking pose.

Everyone else in the room: “…” “Why do I feel like these two aren’t treating me like I exist in the same room as them?” They all thought similar things, feeling like Guanyu and Celia had, though indirectly, put up an impassable barrier of love between them.
