With things finally calmed down, all of us took a little breather and I began to look into what my new dungeon could do.
trolling it was mostly the same as my st one, except that this one was way more detailed. It was almost like going from a simplified interface to a full-operations interface. I could trol literally everything ihe dungeon. That included things like being able t the monsters under my trol. The only thing I couldn’t do is take trol of humanoids, or more specifically, people with the system. I think I normally wouldn’t be able to trol Aguher, but because of the Life Dedication, I could trol him like a puppet if I wao. The same went for Ria, because she is my sve. But yeah, I could alter the floors, what monsters appear, how they attad so forth. I could even put some of Yugioh monsters in as mohat will appear in the dungeon, and I might do that ter.
As for the making items aspect of this dungeon, that is where stuff gets a bit more plicated. UinaWood, which used the Geion point system, this dungeon used ‘gauges’ of resources. I had a maer, a miasma meter, and an ‘other’ meter. All of them were slowly filling up at different speeds. Mana was ing in quite fast, while miasma came in at a rate that seemed to be about a quarter of that. And the ‘other’ was very slow. But if what the Goddess said is true, and it most likely is, the ‘other’ is for the other parts of the Chaos God Energy, and they only made under 1% of the total energy, so I guess the expected speed at which I get it should only be under 1% of the total ining energies. But sidering that, I think it is actually ing in just a bit faster. I think it is ing in at a speed of about 1.2% of the total ining energies. … well, that could be because humans and monsters use some of the mana and miasma ing from that Chaos God Dimension, but all of the ‘other’ stuff is only for these special dungeons.
But back to what I could make. … there is an absolute ton of stuff here… It is like someoook every mail order catalog and put them into one list. In short, this thing could make almost anything, including all of the things I previously analyzed for TinaWood. The only things I didn’t spot were the things I kept in only Tahlia’s memory, like the armored jackets Ria and I wore.
The item list had full search funs, categories, and all of that, so it wasn’t that difficult to search, but still, with well over ten million items ialog, it would take me a while to check them all. … I wonder if Tahlia do that? the link my factory has with Dungeon Founder be used to check all of this stuff?
And as I kind of already eluded, the cost of making stuff was, instead of Geion points, iyle of ‘X-amount of mana, Y-amount of miasma and Z-amount of other’. Most things took none of the ‘other’, but some of the high ranking things did require it. I could also py around with the amounts I would put into making the item. For instance, I could use a bit of ‘other’ stuff to repce a ton of mana and miasma, to min-max efficy. But oher hand, the ‘other’ stuff is the only time limited resource. I ’t make more of it, like I with mana and miasma. For mana, I just put some of my own into the core, to get more faster, and for miasma, I absorb monster corpses. Managing this ‘other’ stuff does seem to be the real key to maximum efficy.
It also had a full item developer, which was basically a 3D-CAD software. I could use it to mess with items, make ems and so forth. And I knew what I wao make first. There was just ohing that came to mind. At first, I wao do this by giving both Lua and Alice their own terminal, but Lua said it would be a bad idea, so let's do this instead.
I turned my Founder’s terminal into a duel disk and analyzed it. Not as a terminal, but as a duel disk. With the better dungeon, I could do that, and quickly, something called ‘Card Summoning Disk’ was added the the catalog. It has a description saying it would allow the usage of ‘Pack Opener’ cards, by those with ‘Card Summoo be done by putting the cards on it, instead of having to hold the card in the hand.
The way it was now would work, but at the same time, the way it is now is not like my terminal at all. Because as the duel disk was now, wheivated’ it would still only get to the ‘folded’ state of a typical GX style duel disk. It couldn’t go all the way to just a bracer like my terminal could.
Spoiler
[colpse]As I said, it would work, but it was kind of big and bulky, so I didn’t like it. It would be just fine if I wao just sell duel disks, but for Alid Lua, I wanted just a bit of extra. So I began pying with the parameters and funs of the item. As I went along, I first made just a bracer that could hold one card, like the one Christina’s terminal is. That was easy. Then I made a version that looked like the DiaDhank that I once had. Again, it was easy to make, but making ohat could turn from the bracer to the DiaDhank was a bit more difficult.
“... Brian? What are you doing?” Alice asked. She had been reading a book that she got as a reward for helping me elimihe dungeon. Lua had gotten a book as well. I wonder what they are about?
“Making a duel disk for you and Lua.” I just answered.
“Ooh? I see?”
“Sure. Dungeon Founder, open.” I opehe skill so she could see it. It pulled open to the development page I had up. It currently had the bracer that could turn into a DiaDhank up on it.
“It's like the one you used to use. Oh? Wait… that is a … DiaDhank, right? … I never got one…” Alice was at first making sense, but then she began talking about all sorts of strauff. I think her Mana is showing. But really, did Mana never get her own DiaDhank? Maybe she didn’t need one, because she had the spirit of Dark Magi Girl inside of her? Wait, how does that wain? Alice is half Dark Magi Girl, but Dark Magi Girl, at least the one I fused with her, is a … union or something of Mana and the Dark Magi Girl spirit, or something like that? … this is fusing. I’ll go back t on the duel disk. At least that makes sense.
“What all you do to it?” Alice asked. “ you ge the aybe? That should keep it from looking like a duerminal, right?”
“Yeah. I do that. I even s the material it is made from.” I told her. “It does need some orichalcum to work, but the outer parts be made from almost anything. I’m just trying to make it work so that it is a duel disk, instead of a DiaDhank, but the spell and trap zones are a pain, as is the field spell zone.”
The main problem is that there had to be an individual mana route, made of orichalcum, from the part that attaches the duel disk to your hand to each usable card zone, so the more card zohe more individual mana routes I’d have to add. In the bracer form, it was just one, so it was simple as anything. A DiaDhank hree, still quite simple. But a full duel disk needed eleven. Five monster card zones, five spell and trap zones and the field spell zone. And to add insult to injury, I had to make all that in a way where it could all be ‘stored’ away into the bracer form of the item.
I could cut away some of the zoo simplify the device, but I didn’t want to do that. At least not for the ones I was going to give Alid Lua. And if I was going to do that, I might as well just stick to the bracer that turn into a DiaDhank.
But there was a good part to all of this BS. As I was min-maxing all the the capabilities I wahe duel disk to have, I mao make a version that might be perfect for Christina. It was something she could upgrade her terminal into on her own, just as soon as I send the informatioo the TinaWood dungeon core. It would give her a GX style duel disk, but sadly, it would only have three spell and trap zones, and no field spell zone. But it did have all five monster card zones, so I think it was still good. And once I make a perfected version, we just upgrade it again, so that it will have all eleven zones, or even thirteen, like the one I had until today’s upgrade.
After a bit more of pying around with the development of the duel disk, I decided to take a break. I’ll ask if Laura and Tahlia make the versions I want, without their produ costs being iens of days worth of ‘other’ stuff. I ’t mass produething that takes more than ten days to make. Not that I necessarily want to mass produce the bracer to duel disk duel disks. I'll just mass produce the more normal duel disks instead, if I ever need a lot of them.
Instead, I began looking at my status.

And I had the ra skill Limit Break. That is what should allow me to go above LV.99, I think. I wonder if I cheat levels into it, with Level Up!
I decided to quickly try it, but I got an error saying:
Limit Break ot level up to LV.2, until you are LV.199.So… it might work? But only after I get to 199. I mean, it doesn’t say it didn’t affect or anything like that, only that it ot do it now.
And stly, that strange question mark skill was still there. Also, for some reason, it was at the top of the list. When I tried cheg it, it said that I am of the wrong race to use that skill. So it seems to be a racial skill, which I unlocked for no reason.
So with that issue, not solved, but checked on, I moved onto Pack Opener.
Pack Opener [Colle][Deck][Graveyard][Banished] (new] [Sleeve maker] (+1)[Summoning Challenge][Instrus] [Set lists][Open Packs][Promo Trade] (+1)[Buy Decks]It had some stuff, but not as much as st time. First, I now had a banished zo was iing, because prior to this, the cards that I banished would just disappear on the spot. But now, they would go to the banished zone, and I had 24 hours to get them back from there, or they would vanish food. Too bad the cards I sacrifice for sleeves don’t go there, so I ’t recover them. Not that I have something like Necrofa the first pce. Well, eventually I’ll get one.
As for the new promo trades, well, I had more of the Shonen Jump promos avaible again.
Five of them, this time.
The Wicked EraserThe Wicked AvatarThe Wicked DreadrootBst SphereCopycatSpoiler [colpse]All of the Wicked monsters looked just like they did iCG, so they were Dark/Fiends. But, they did have an effect which they didn’t have iCG. All of them had the same additional effebsp;
[If this card is in a Divine sleeve, it is always also treated as a Divine/Divi monster.]
And Divine sleeves were something new I could make with my Sleeve Maker. To make them, it didn’t take cards, but instead resources from this dungeon. They would cost about five or six hours worth of ‘other’ stuff, and some mana and miasma, but those were negligible pared to the ‘other’ stuff. And when made, they came with both a sleeve and a toploader. I’d have to put both onto a single card, and then… well, you get the picture. So for now, my goal is to make a set for Exodia. A set for all of the new Wicked monsters I just got. And then I en, so I trade ten Wicked monsters for Obelisk the Tormentor. And then I’ll need one more for the Obelisk. That will be een in total.
Unless after getting the first Divine/Divi monsters, I’ll be able to use DNA Surgery to turn other monsters into Divis. I’ll try it after I get my first Wicked monster. But for now, it is time for dinner.
I hope Kit Dragonmaid make us something good, even though we are in a dungeon.
