  The Plague was deadly, it only happens once in a blue moon. It was so strong that it could sweep the lands, stretching for miles. Wiping out and killing nearly eighty per cent of the populations in every town.

  The Plague was the perfect death planner for the Grim Reaper.

  Seemed like the first time Max was hit with the Plague, he almost died. Then a few years later, it happens again, but this time, it only affected him just like a flu. And just two years ago, it happened again....this time, nearly killing him.

  He couldn't blame Ben for the Plague. Or Shadow for refusing to bring him back.

  When Ben died, Max was in so much pain he tried again and again to make Shadow bring him back. But as much as Shadow wanted to.....he refused.

  Max remembered from after that day, he didn't talk to Shadow or even look at him when he passed by. That went on for weeks, until Shadow decided to talk to him and even apologized for it. For him being not only a witch, but a necromancer, he HAD to follow the rules of witchcraft. Max slowly accepted that.

  Shadow wasn't the only person Max refused to talk to, there was also Zack and Matthew....and of course Rose and Valerian.
