Volume 10. Chapter 52: Finding Herself. (Chapter 953)

  Chapter 52: Finding Herself.

When the flash faded away, I found myself face to face with Zelia. Or rather… I didn’t see anything until I looked down. She was less than half my height right now…

Zelia: “My memories were altered, with the fake ones being pretty blatant, and easy for me to find and delete.” She nonchalantly informed, doing a thinking pose.

Narrator Vulely: “That’s good, I hope. Since you were truly set up… what are your actual origins?” I asked with a deeply curious tone.

In truth, appearances aren’t that solid for most Higher Beings. If I wanted to, I could easily change my form to that of a little girl. Hell, our children have specifically kept their, at least, childish height, and cutesy looks.

Only the married ones have started to let themselves age… Which is why I didn’t find Zelia’s current looks to be anything special, or worth more than a slight surprise in seeing. Most likely, she lost a LOT of Divinity and Mana breaking free of the seal, thus leading to Zelia having to be in this diminished form.

Zelia: “An alternative version of Celia, from another doomed timeline. I don’t even know who you really are, Vulely. It was too dangerous to keep any of those fabricated memories, you see.” She replied with a sigh.

Narrator Vulely: “So, what do you plan on doing now? If you want, you’re free to join our family once more.” I tenderly suggested with a smile.

Zelia: “A very Tempting offer, indeed… But you aren’t the one able to make that decision, I’d imagine.” She replied with a cheeky tone and a raised eyebrow.

Narrator Vulely: “I have a very important role, you little brat! Of course, they’ll listen to my words about you joining. Did you not properly parse the memories I gave you?!” I exclaimed with slight anger.

Zelia: “I erased them just in case. So, no, I don’t recall them at al…” Her sentence got cut off before she could finish it.

  Tap!

Why? She looks like a brat, so Zelia is acting like one. Verbal or physical punishments for children… isn’t a thing in this family. Oh, but giving her back those memories, with Zelia’s weakened state, will surely be a painful punishment enough! Since it is needed, I can’t be judged for doing this to the cheeky brat, hehe…

After She Fully Grasped The Memories.

Zelia: “My head still feels like it is being cooked in lava… Vulely, you seem to be treating me like a child… But, if my true memories, which I unsealed, are correct, than I should be older than anyone here!” She said with an upset tone and expression, rubbing her head.

Narrator Vulely: “So says the girl from a different timeline. Unless you’re billions of years old… you aren’t a senior to everyone within the family.” I replied with a smug, proud tone.

Zelia: “I was the strongest in my timeline, Vulely. Nothing could kill me, and none dared to even attempt to do so. As for my age… I stopped counting after my first centillion year of life, countless trillions of years ago.” She explained with a remorseful tone, pain clear in her voice as well.

  Narrator Vulely: “…”
