" fairies from the demon realm? " asked Toro in confusion. Forgive his cluelessness but this was a blindspot in his knowledge bracket. Besides seeing a few clips on youtube about the new super saiyan 4 transformation, he knew jack shit about Daima, having died before he got the oppurtunity to watch it, so anything about the demon realm besides that filler episode in the original dragonball was new information

  " ye-yes please " seemingly noticing his confusion, the fairy in the front continued her expnation under their confused gazes

  " do you know namekians? " asked the fairy as her eyes scanned over Toro and the others, lingering on Gine before she lowered her head slightly, she breathed a sigh of relief when she saw them nod

  " we're reted to namekians, distant retives to be precise. But unlike namekians as you can see, our race has females " as she spoke the fairies emotions gradually calmed and her words became more coherent as she spoke

  " if you're reted to namekians, why are you guys sves? " asked Toro as he sat on the ground

  Hearing his words, the lead fairies face darkened as she lowered her head before she spoke

  " our race is blessed with extremely high spiritual energy. This spiritual energy increases our inteligence, our comprehension and even our control of Ki, the more spiritual energy we have the more these blessings increase but..... " as she spoke about her race, the fairies voice was tinged with pride before she gradually became hesitant, not sure how to finish her words

  " but what? " asked Fasha impatiently

  " bu-but.....we'r'e cursed " replied the fairy resignedly finally lowering her head

  " so that's why you guys were so cheap " excimed Gine as she looked at the fairies

  " cursed how? " asked Toro in confusion, as he gnced over each of the fairies, besides their short sature and slightly pale complexion they seemed fine

  " while high spiritual energy has it's benefits, it also has it's disadvantages. It's too pure, it's practically poisoning our bodies. The only way to withstand this poison is for our ki to be the same level as our spiritual energy " expined the fairy

  " so what's the problem? " asked Fasha, seemingly having expected this question the fairy continued

  " the males of our race can increase their Ki no problem through meditation, so their spiritual energy is no problem...but us? We can meditate 24 hours a day, our ki barely grows, if we gain 1 every couple days, that's a lot. No one knows why. So while the males of our race can live to 300 years old no problem, if one of us makes it to 30, we're long lived, so our only purpose in life is to breed and ensure the coninutation of our race "

  " that still doesn't expin why you're sves " replied Gine, her head tilted in confusion

  " the males of our race are arrogant, they only train enough that they're not poisoned, they go around showing off how intelligent they are which gained Lord Frieza's attention, so all the men were captured to work for him, while a few women were taken to ensure the continuation of the race. The rest of us were left to fend for ourselves. The namekians refused to offend the Frieza corps for some distant retive " replied the fairy, her tone ced with sarcasm as she raised her head to meet Toro's gaze

  " so now that you know this information, what's next, will you sell us off or will you kill us and put us out of our misery " as she spoke the fairies voice grew more agitated, her eyes tinged with growing madness

  Toro didn't reply as he looked over the 24 fairies standing before him, their emotions simir to the once in the lead, seemingly ready to face their deaths. Seeing this, he got up and walked towards the lead fairy, stopping right in front of her before he raised his hand and put it on her head. The fairy simply closed her eyes and didn't make any effort to resist

  Only for her eyes to widen as she felt the warmth filling her body, alleviating her aches and pains, she unconsciously scanned her body finding that the damage inflicted to her body by the spiritual energy was now healed. She raised her head and looked at the boy standing in front of her in shock

  Ignoring her reaction, Toro turned his attention to Gine and Fasha

  " what do you guys think? " asked Toro as he removed his hand from the fairies head

  " she grew a bit taller " excimed Gine as she looked the fairy up and down

  " they'd just have to train, they're our sves so we don't have to worry about them escaping which means they can help you with your work " replied Fasha after she gnced at the healed fairy

  Nodding his head at their words, he turned his attention back to the fairies

  " I'll give you 2 options " said Toro as he raised 2 fingers " option one you work for me for 10 years and i'll give you back your freedom, during these 10 years, I'll heal you whenever your spirtual energy takes a toll on your body "

  After hearing this option, the breathing of most of the fairies sped up as they looked at Toro with hope, their gazes never leaving his figure

  " or option 2, you join us. I'll teach you how to gain strength " said Toro as he once again raised his hand, a red aura forming around it drawing the fairies attention before he shot a small ki ball into the air. The fairies looked at that ki ball as it disappeared into the sky, a few seconds ter a massive red sphere appeared in the sky followed by multiple shockwaves which shot throughout the surrounding areas

  Knocking the fairies off their feet

  " this power is the crystilization of our physical bodies, with it, you can finally give full py to your spiritual energy " continued Toro as he flexed his arm his gaze never leaving the fairies " of course, you can probably imagine what will happen if you betray me. So.... what is your choice? "

  Several months passed in the blink of an eye. All of the fairies decided to join them unsurprisingly, so the first thing he did was improve the scouters and gave them the ability to scan spiritual power while they followed Gine and Fasha to train. This allowed him to see 2 things

  One, the Omni tower has a limit on how many people can be inside at one time, that limit is currently 10, so the fairies had to enter the tower to train in batches to account for Gine, Fasha and his training. When he finished the scouter, he scanned the fairies and found that they had spiritual energy reading of 500 on average with Kana, the lead fairy reaching over 2000

  He took note of their training to see how they compared to saiyans

  In terms of growth of the physical body, they pailed in comparison to saiyans. If he had to give a comparison, they were similiar to humans in terms of muscle growth. But when it came to ki control, they excelled, easily reaching levels that tooks him and the others months in a matter of days. Their comprehension also helped them when they fought their clones, but it was also a defecit

  They hesitated, they over thought, they trusted their minds much more than they trusted their bodies, which could be expected. Something they had to overcome in the future

  The point that really amazed him would be how quickly they absorbed knowledge, the reached his current level easily, even surpassing it in certain areas. Which allowed him to improve upon those areas, which lead to better quality ships and weapons, which increased his profit margin. They were truly the perfect assistants which confused him as to why such a race was unknown in the original

  Ignoring the fairies, he faced a problem of his own

  The omni tower was slowly becoming useless to him in terms of training, something he didn't expect. He had reached 100x gravity years ago, and had spent the past few years doing weight training and weighted calisthenics but st year he had reached the max in terms of weight. 100 tons under 100x gravity is only 10 thousand tons. A weight He could now do no problem

  He was making do with heavier weights outside of the tower but that was slowly becoming a problem, as he would soon have to start working out with entire ships on his back to get in a workout, which was tedious. He knew how to increase the limit of the towerm he just hadn't reached the needed criteria. Based on his calcution, he needed to reach a power level of 100 thousand, he had reached 99 thousand this year but the st 1000 seemed to be an insurmountable hurdle

  The closer he got to 100 thousand CP, his body felt more and more fatigued, which hampered his training further slowing his progress. The medical bed didn't find any problem so he was drawing bnks

  In a daze, Toro walked through the top 2nd floor of the omni tower, unconsciously stopping before the level 1 Cultivation Room. Toro raised his head and looked at the door in confusion. He had honestly forgotten that this room existed, he hadn't been to this room in 4 years

  He curiously walked inside to see what had changed over the past 4 years and froze as he looked inside. The farm ground was filled with neatly arranged seedlings, from what he could remember, he had pnted space carrots, potatoes, wheat and rice? He couldn't remember clearly

  What shocked him was why they were just seedlings, he turned his attention to the animal pen and found that it was filled with young animals as well, Toro stood there in silence, his confusion apparent before he turned his attention to the shovel and hoe. His instincts drawing him to them

  He grabbed for the shovel, pausing as a panel appeared before his face

  [ Level 1 Omni Shovel ; automatically harvest pnts and repnts them. Automatically kills animals and stores them ]

  Seeing this, he grabbed the hoe and a simir panel appeared, which caused his previous confusion to disappear. He opened the shovel storage and took out a carrot, once again pausing as he looked at the giant carrot in front of him. He was more surprised today than he was in a while

  Supressing his excitement he took out one of every food stored within the shovel, finding that they had simir panels, the meats increasing slightly more ki upon consumption which caused him to burst into ughter before he fell silent
