Chapter 186: The real Story

  "Mr. Token."

  The guardian token flew over.

  [Here, guardian mortal.]

"Tell mainland to bait all of the remaining level 2 civilizations in the next 30 days.

  There are 500 of them.

It's fine if it gathers them sooner.

I go outside for a walk, and I will be back by then."

  [Affirmative.]

  "Little crystal?"

  The crystal vibrated.

"I want a timer in the planet's sky.

We are going to record the second part of our live-action movie.

The first one was titled 'Mainland Chronicles: Heavenly Father Enters the Fray'.

This second movie is, 'Mainland Chronicles: The Beautiful Deceit."

  The crystal vibrated, saying,

  Little Mortal nodded.

  "It's fine for the underworld.

  But for mainland..."

  He paused and then chuckled,

"Well, it's actually a good idea!

I'm pretty sure those cyborgs are watching our mainland 'live' now through those brains outside, so let them see the timer too."

  The crystal vibrated again.

"Just show them the part we were undercover to rescue the newborns, not the part we beat up everybody there.

If our audience knows our enemy is already lost and they are part of the guardian territory, where would be the excitement?"

  The crystal vibrated.

After that, Little Mortal left with the notebook.

He was going to tell his partner about her role, too.

The backpack trembled when he left, asking the other birth treasures,

The rest of the birth treasures scoffed at it.

We can just see it live when he uses it on others.>

  The big backpack.

  <...>

So they didn't ask because of the same reason as it...

  ....

  Underworld.

Under the ceiling, Lilith was standing in the air, looking at her realm.

In addition to the one single hexagon that was formed after Little Mortal started betting and challenging other mainlands and winning their territory,

There were two more hexagons added now.

  One of them was blurry.

It would appear and disappear constantly, and its area was bigger than the original hexagon.

"That should be the exiled zone, right?

Nyxara didn't notice it because it's secretly added, and Dark World is hiding it.

Only underworld knows about it and me because we are aware of my partner's secret identity, which is the secret guardian..."

She then looked at the third hexagon.

The hexagon was 100 times bigger than the other two combined.

"That one is the hexagon connected to Planet Lubo..."

Lilith shivered just looking at it.

Not because of its vastness, but because it showed how big the planet Lubo, under Lubo's management, was.

  "How strong is Lubo now?

There were so many of us in the past, and it was already nearly impossible to handle.

Now with the support of such a planet...

Even I might not be able to face it with the support of such a big underworld territory."

  Lilith smiled coldly,

"If I had this much support when I tried to burn those impostors from level 3 civilization, they couldn't stop me with that barrier."

Little Mortal didn't sense it, but Lilith detected a barrier that protected the level 3 civilization from being burned too deeply.

  She took a deep breath,

  "It's all fine now anyway.

My partner has Lubo under control, and the only thing left is the so-called 'conspiracy'.

His own existence is indeed abnormal for this world.

In any normal circumstances, the world itself should reject him and stop his growth..."

  Lilith sighed in puzzlement.

At this moment, she suddenly saw a big timer appear on the ceiling above her head.

  It was a 30-day countdown.

Lilith frowned and checked her child crystal.

She could tell it was the crystal's doing.

And sure enough, in her little partner's channel, there was an announcement about a new movie.

[The next part of the previous live-action movie,

Mainland Chronicles: Heavenly Father Enters the Fray will be held in 30 days.

  The second part is called,

  Mainland Chronicles: The Beautiful Deceit.

All those who aren't in the actors group can watch it live.]

And there was a new video compilation on his channel of their group's journey to the exiled zone,

where they discovered some truth and 'saved' the newborns, while Little Mortal disguised himself as a minion and traveled through the 9 planets.

But the part where he killed everybody at the end wasn't included.

In this version, he just ran away with the newborns from an underworld gate when they advanced to level 8 on the Ninth planet.

  Lilith nodded to herself,

"It seems the ending is near.

With everything in place, without any obstacles or weaknesses for him, he can just do whatever he wants...

I just wonder what role he is going to give me?"

  *Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

  "Speak of the devil!"

Hearing the knock on her door, Lilith flew to her castle.

Little Mortal, with a paper in hand, was standing in front of Queen's citadel, knocking at its door.

  "Partner, it's me."

  Lilith landed behind him.

"Oh, what's up, partner? Ready for the movie?

I got a cool role for you!

Be sure to act with your body and soul!

  Alright?"

He then gave her the script.

Lilith wasn't worried about her role, but about something else,

  "I will try my best.

But tell me about your progress.

Did you discover the truth about the conspiracy?"

"I sure did, don't worry about it.

Everything will be over in the third part of the movie."

  Lilith felt at ease.

"How about you tell me about it then?

  What was the conspiracy?"

Little Mortal, though, rolled his eyes at her,

  "No way!

It will be revealed in the third part of the movie.

I won't spoil it for you, so you can enjoy the whole experience!"

  Lilith snorted,

"I just go ask your big sister then.

Didn't she write the script? She naturally knows the ending!"

  Little Mortal scoffed,

  "Yeah, good luck with that.

She is the movie director, and we have a confidentiality agreement!

If you attempt any act of force, the government will arrest you.

But let me tell you, nobody knows about the real ending, not even me!

What big sister wrote is just the script we play along with.

What's going to happen for real is another matter."

Lilith frowned, hearing about 'government', which was probably himself, but she was more worried about the last part.

"What do you mean by even you don't know about the ending?"

She felt there was something really wrong here!

Little Mortal smiled mysteriously and left after saying,

  "I give you a hint.

What will happen to me when you play your role?"

Seeing him disappear, Lilith looked at the paper in her hand blankly.

She had already read her role the moment he gave it to her.

After a while, she closed her eyes, and the paper in her hand burned, turning to ashes.

  "I hope I'm wrong..."

She already had a guess about what would happen when she plays her role and the underworld goes 'up' to merge with the world above, but she didn't want to believe it...

  ......

  Mainland.

A timer appeared in the sky for the couple of 'citizens' it had.

The level 2 civilizations, unable to see inside the mainland due to its barrier and only seeing a phantom of a big shiny marble, also saw the timer.

The Crystal did it on purpose to indicate that an event was going to start soon.

While level 2 civilizations didn't know what it was for, the unprofessional actors had already heard about it from Entertainment Goddess.

But the compilation video was only for planet Lubo and the citizens of the underworld exclusively.

So they were unaware of the backstory.

The goddess of memory, the same lady that Little Mortal was calling 'Lady GPT', was now beside the god of knowledge.

Seeing the timer and a certain troublemaker's channel announcing the upcoming movie, she chuckled,

"This time, from what Entertainment Goddess said, we don't need to participate.

It's only level 10 powerhouses who are invited."

God of knowledge was going to nod in agreement, but suddenly, *Boom*

Goddess of memory, for some reason, became 'Fated' and advanced to level 10.

The two looked at each other blankly.

Tears started streaming down the face of one of them, who was now forced to be an actress....

  ....

  Outside of the guardian territory.

Little Mortal appeared with the former notebook of the same person who had just started crying because she became a 'Qualified' actor.

  The notebook vibrated, asking,

And why did you wish for Entertainment Goddess to stay Level 10?>

  Little Mortal chuckled,

"Because your former master was the only one not invited into Fate's storyline.

You don't know what I'm talking about now, but when I show you where Fate is and explain its hostage situation, you will understand.

My big sister isn't invited either, so I spent a little raw Fate for her too, because Fate might go back on its words and take her qualification.

I don't want her to be Fated by this arrogant version of Fate, but the raw version that I have."

  The notebook was stunned!

It thought its Boss was going to tell it a couple of little secrets here and there that it didn't know, but he went straight to Fate's whereabouts!

And there was a hostage situation, too?

"That arrogant Fate is the hostage, without its own notice.

  Unbelievable, right?"

  The notebook was shocked,

  Little Mortal chuckled,

"Alright, little notebook, let me test something first.

After that, I'll tell you about my journey, the conspiracies, and secrets that nobody knows.

You'll know about the source of my 'Passive Fate skill' too."

  The notebook vibrated excitedly,

It seems many things were happening behind the scenes that nobody knew about!

Little Mortal stood where he was, seemingly looking at their Evil mainland, with the level 2 civilizations sticking to its barrier.

But in reality, he was trying out his new unlocked ability.

  Merge.

  After a while, he said,

  "Did it work?"

And a cold, genderless voice that only he could hear sounded in his ears,

  [Yes.]

  Little Mortal nodded,

  "Let's begin then!"

  And his figure disappeared.

  .......

  The Exiled Zone.

Little Mortal appeared out of nowhere, looking blankly at the now 'bald' level 3 civilization.

"What in the world just happened?

How long did it take for us to get here?"

The notebook, after a brief silence, said,

If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen. Please report the violation.

  It was instant travel!

Is that your new unlocked ability, Boss?>

  Little Mortal scratched his head,

  "It should be related..."

Then stroked his chin and said while wondering,

  "I don't know how many light-years I just traveled.

But I didn't use the Dark World.

  So here is the question,

Would my afterimage appear here at the same time it takes for light to travel and reach here?

Like when you see the 'past' of stars or planets in the sky, because the light emitting or reflecting from them takes time to travel the distance to your eyes?"

  The notebook suddenly 'gasped',

  Little Mortal raised an eyebrow,

  "What idea?"

The little notebook vibrated 'secretly', conveying its idea to him.

  Little Mortal became excited!

  "Oh my goodness!

Little notebook, you actually came up with an idea of 'semi-immortality' for me!"

  Then he looked around,

"Alright, let's do that after our final live-action movie.

Now, I have something else to take care of first."

And then after standing there for a brief moment, he said,

  "Did it work?"

The notebook knew he wasn't talking to it, again, like a moment ago when he asked the same question.

And sure enough, as if he received the same positive answer, Little Mortal nodded and started moving around in the Exiled Zone.

Part of the exiled zone just merged with the Dark World, and he confirmed it with Dark Law, so he needed to merge the rest of it.

  An hour later.

"Alright, I'm done. Let's go take a look at the Fate that I told you about, little notebook.

  Are you ready?"

The notebook vibrated, saying it was ready.

  And so, the two disappeared.

A moment later, they were in the 'Fair Ground'.

"Little notebook, look, that's Fate, and the big brain underneath it is...?"

The notebook, after a brief shock when it saw Fate, said,

  Little Mortal nodded,

"Yep, that's Hypermind, the one who has Fate as its hostage.

Let me do my thing here, and after a round of patrol, I'll tell you how we ended up with this hostage situation."

And while the little notebook felt it wasn't a good idea anymore to know the secrets at this level, Little Mortal stood there for a brief moment before asking again,

  "Did it work?"

And the cold, genderless voice whispered in his ears for the third time,

  [Yes.]

Fate was now merged with the world law, which was merged with the Dark World, and it couldn't be destroyed anymore with Big Brother Dark Law's protection.

  Little Mortal sighed in relief,

"Alright, that was the main mission.

  Nothing can go wrong anymore.

Let's go take a look at the actors on this side, and check if there are any living creatures that we missed."

  And they left.

  ....

  Level 3 civilization.

Little Mortal appeared at the planet's core.

  "Oh, look at this thing!

It seems Xyron filled it completely with the original world law, and he is ready to make a move at any time!

But I'm pretty sure Hypermind already knows about it, but it doesn't care."

At this moment, Xyron was in this secret place, looking at the black metallic orb covered in shifting red and blue lights, pulsing with power, in amazement, while taking notes.

A storm of energy, crackling with lightning, was moving around it, accompanied by rotating rings.

Now, it was far more 'energetic' compared to the past, pumping something like liquid metal through its massive 'veins' and tubes, connected all over the place, like a heart feeding its body.

Even some of the Veins through wormholes were connected to unknown places.

Xyron and Little Mortal, standing side by side, were looking at this humongous work of technological art with admiration in their eyes, like two friends who admired the same thing.

The scene was mesmerizing for some reason.

Beside Xyron, on a table, was a list of losses and damages that Little Mortal forced on them before his 'death'.

But he seems not to care at all.

  Time passed.

An hour went by just like that.

  "Xyron."

A voice sounded, bringing them back to reality.

  The two nodded,

  "Oh, Zyren, did something happen?"

  "Oh, little Zy, what's up?"

Zyren, who only heard one of them, said,

"There is a change on the vulture's side, and we figured out what the agents secretly did while that underworld psychopath was wreaking havoc."

  Xyron became interested,

  "Tell me about it."

And Zyren first showed him a record,

  "This is Hunters mainland.

A timer just appeared there, counting down from 30 days.

We don't know what is going to happen there in a month because of the barrier around it."

  Xyron chuckled,

"I really want to see how that vulture is going to deal with those level 2 civilizations.

Hypermind keeps sending us images from 'Fate', and its inevitable future with the vulture and Lubo as the last obstacles.

I really want to know how this 'nonexistent' Fate that Hypermind is obsessed with can even save its 'Fated ones'?

Can they even survive those level 2 civilizations to face us directly after that?"

Zyren, though, didn't agree with him,

"I don't know about Fate, or if it exists, but until now, everything Hypermind extracted from this 'unknown' source was exactly as it happened to us in reality."

  Xyron snorted,

"Don't compare Hypermind's information law with what those agents can do.

Hypermind's information law even corrupts the mainlands outside and forces them to devour each other.

Are you telling me it can't predict who will be the last obstacle we need to deal with?

In my opinion, it's Hypermind itself that is making these things up and acts as if it has access to some 'Fate law'.

  Anyway, forget about Hypermind.

Our goals aren't in conflict with each other at the moment.

Tell me about the agents, what were they up to?"

  Zyren showed him some footage.

"While that minion was killing everyone, they kept planting chips in those managers secretly.

They found their 'resurrection spot' and kept installing chips in their bodies while they were getting killed by that underworld minion.

It was an easy job for them while the managers were in the middle of resurrection.

They continued until they planted their chips in every single one of those managers, except the three ancient ones."

  Xyron was slightly surprised,

  "Why would they do that?

Those chips only work on level 8 creatures and below, not level 10 managers!"

  Zyren changed to another footage,

"These chips were sent to the agents from the tenth planet.

That planet was in Hypermind's domain, so the chips must be made there, and it's some kind of special chip that can even control level 10 creatures."

Little Mortal stroked his chin and said thoughtfully,

"If I'm not wrong, and Hypermind in that tenth planet was making chips that can control level 10 creatures,

Then the 'winners' of previous seasons who went there all these years should have a chip made for level 10 creatures on them too.

Even though they are at most level 8 right now.

Currently, Hypermind is keeping them in those 10 hidden dimensions with the rest of the higher beings it gathered,

And I think something interesting that Xyron knows nothing about, but Hypermind already predicted due to it peeking at Fate, is going to happen later!

The same thing that is going to happen on our side!

And that's why those level 8 higher beings have level 10 custom-made chips in their bodies!"

  The notebook vibrated, asking curiously,

  And Little Mortal chuckled,

"A bunch of people are going to become 'Fated' suddenly and advance to level 10 in the near future!

It's related to one of the behind-the-scenes secrets that I'll tell you later to record in your book."

The notebook was puzzled but stayed silent.

  So many secrets were involved!

  Little Mortal suddenly said,

"Wait a minute, I forgot about Fate not having access to the exiled zone with the original law!

We should find an opportunity to let it peek inside!"

The notebook noted down the 'opportunity' they needed to look for and keep an eye on.

Its Boss always did and said things that they didn't understand, but it knew there was a reason for all of them.

Xyron, after hearing about the chips, was surprised,

  "Hypermind is indeed not simple.

No wonder it never appeared in the war between us and those infidels.

It was always thinking and acting for itself...

Now it can even control a level 10 creature!"

  Then he shook his head,

  "Forget about it.

Let it do whatever it wants, and if what it said is true about Fate and the plan it has for it, that would be a great help to us.

Just remember to call me over to watch the event happening in 30 days.

I want to see it live, try to open a hidden passage so we can watch them secretly.

We need to figure out why this mainland is so big and like a marble now, with only one universe connected to it.

Especially the barrier protecting it from Hypermind's level 2 civilizations.

It's fascinating that they still haven't cracked it open."

  Zyren nodded,

"From the information and images that Hypermind gave us in these years,

I won't be surprised if it's related to that guardian law, which is presumably mixed with the world law in that zone."

After that, the two talked about the damages and losses from the fire explosion, and they decided to gather all of their forces here, in their secret hideout inside the planet's core.

At this moment, neither of them really cared about anything but to 'Meet with God'.

Little mortal who saw them talking about things that he didn't care about, left.

  "Let's go, little notebook.

The patrol is over, and I have 1 month to help the conspiracy 'grow', and tell you about the things that you need to keep secret."

  The notebook excitedly vibrated,

< I'm all ears, Boss! I'll take your secrets to the grave with me! >

  Little mortal,

  "-_-"

  .......

  The empty space.

While Little Mortal went around and merged the dark world with the world, he told the notebook about his life story.

How he ended up with Lubo because of the vulture's plan to start chaos in the speedy mainland's zone, so they could come and take it.

How he didn't surrender to Lubo for 10 billion years, and was chosen by world law to become a guardian candidate,

And at the same time, the Dark World Law chose him as the Dark Law representative.

And after that, he got bullied by those proclaimed Gods when he still didn't know how to use Dark Law.

But even when he learned how to use it, he discovered that his law, without a body to perfectly contain it, is useless.

So he came up with an idea.

He used the one-time sacrifice opportunity that the newborns had to resurrect in the mainland, and get the perfect body for his law.

But such a body had a price, and the price was most of his soul and only 3 full years to use a body at the age of 1.

It was at this point that the notebook understood why its boss was always somehow in a hurry,

why he pushed his plans with sheer power if an obstacle appeared, and why he told them, the birth treasures, that they would soon be free to go.

He arrived at the Mainland at the age of 1 and was already 3 years old when he reached the cultivation planet, with only a year to live...

< W-why would you go so far, boss...

What's the point of this world without you?

Wouldn't it go back to what it was before if you aren't around anymore to protect it? >

  Little Mortal chuckled,

  "It won't.

Just listen to the end, and you will know why it won't, at least not for a long time.

You know how incomplete higher beings are.

If we see an opportunity to make the world a better place, we can't ignore it if we have the power.

And to be honest, my journey started with the thought of revenge.

Only because more and more hidden 'Quests' came to light, my 'revenge' changed to 'Conquering the world'.

How many other newborns do you think were eaten by Lubo?

How many of them had the time and opportunity to be hidden like me for 10 billion years to become a dark law user?

Now add the guardian law, a unique law custom-made for supporting the incomplete body of a dark law user like me,

And a universe in which humans discovered dark energy and dark matter,

which helped me understand the law that kept me invisible for millions of years.

  And not only that,

All of the unique birth treasures coming across my path, and all of the 'Fated encounters' here and there, that you know many of them yourself.

Don't you think this 'combination' is a little too unique and impossible to be just a coincidence and happen to only one person?"

  The notebook was stunned!

  < The Conspiracy! >

  Little Mortal nodded,

"Exactly, now listen to the rest of the story, and you will know."

  The journey and storytelling continued.

Little Mortal's body was successfully created, but soon it turned out to be incomplete.

To deal with the 'flaw', he became the guardian to test its effect on his body.

And sure enough, it worked, and not only that,

The guardian position, combined with 'weak Lubo', gave him the idea of making a perfect planet.

But that wasn't the end, and nor was becoming the universe guardian the end.

It turned out he could bring other universes under his protection, too.

His 'Revenge' at this point became a 'cover' for him, because even with all of the advantages he had, his weakness as a newborn was still there,

especially with him being the strongest creature ever created.

So he kept his identity hidden and acted like a spoiled newborn, making trouble everywhere, like a crazy and fearless kid with brain problems,

while he proceeded with his plans to make a perfect place for everyone to live in secret.

But as his guardian journey continued, and he gained access to more and more territory, more secrets were revealed to him.

The other mainlands, the path to becoming a mainland guardian, the hidden force behind the level 2 civilizations,

the underworld, the sealed realm between the world above and the underworld with sealed cyborgs inside, and finally, Hypermind and the sinners' race.

"Let me tell you, little notebook, do you remember that thing we found in the first sealed sphere?

The thing that I accidentally ate!

The essence law or whatever it was."

< Yes, boss! The green Gem!

You got the Raw Fate as a reward for releasing it! >

  "Yes, that.

When I took a chunk of that raw Fate I got to the Dark world later on, I saw the bright line that I told you about.

The one that other birth treasures and their former owners had, and it was connected to somewhere unknown.

When we went to level 3 civilization for the first time, I saw our path was exactly the same as this line!

You can guess the rest of the story yourself, right?"

  The notebook gasped,

  < No way!

So that's why you sent the guardian token back!

You knew it was suspicious, and later on, you saw it was connected to Fate!

And when you saw Hypermind secretly peeking into it, you thought even your 'Passive Fate skill' might be problematic? >

  "Exactly!

That's why I came back immediately and erased anything related to Hypermind, strengthened the underworld, and cleared the sealed realm.

I thought it's better to be safe than sorry, even though I knew Fate can't detect me to sell me out to Hypermind.

What if Hypermind could calculate my existence indirectly?"

The notebook wanted to applaud, but didn't have hands.

< I always knew you never do anything meaningless, boss! >

Little Mortal puffed his chest and nodded arrogantly,

" Yes, I always act cautiously!

Only you and assistant Rose understand me; the rest are always scared of me, and that 'fear' affects their judgment."

You are always acting like an unstable character, where people know your secrets, so nobody dares to oppose you.

While those who are outside of our universe think you are weak, and they never suspect you to be the real mastermind behind the scenes.

Even Entertainment Goddess still can't believe you are the same person as the heavenly father, even though you keep telling her! >

  Little Mortal smiled,

  "You are smart, little notebook.

That was indeed the only way I could keep everyone in check without messing up.

I know you can't rule others by 'iron fist' for long, but I don't need that much time.

Only the remaining days of this year are enough for me to take care of everything while everyone still fears me!"

The notebook was going to say only that the high-level creatures fear him, and anyone under level 3 actually worships him already.

but stayed silent because it remembered he didn't like those proclaimed Gods who liked to be worshipped.

"Now, little notebook, let me tell you why these 220 remaining days are enough for me to get the 'good ending'."

The notebook was indeed waiting for this part.

Was there a way out for its boss?

If not, how could he be sure that the world he made won't collapse without him, without his Frontline effect, and without anyone stopping the evil birth treasure, Lubo?

  The story continued.

Little Mortal talked about how Fate was taken hostage by Hypermind without itself knowing.

How Hypermind was collecting Fated ones, ready to change the inevitable ending that Fate planned, to destroy it, make the world incomplete, and then face the world.

And how even if Hypermind failed, it still had a backup plan to become a 'Newborn', a friendly creature that world law would accept with open arms.

But the body Hypermind made for itself was a strong body mixed with dark matter and didn't have any weaknesses like a normal newborn because of the 'souls' it was gathering for it.

The notebook finally understood why Hypermin used the 10 planets for!

He was slowly feeding the raw soul with various emotions it experienced from the 10 planets over millions of years.

Now it understood why he didn't bring any of his former teammates on his trip to the Exiled zone, and why he only came with the child crystal and Queen Lilith.

It was because they weren't one of the Fated ones!

And in Lilith's case, she was disconnected completely from Fate, and because of that, even a crack appeared on Fate.

That's why he helped its master, the Goddess of memory, to advance as well.

Because she wasn't a Fated character who could just gain the Fate recognition and advance to level 10 in the near future.

It was the same for Entertainment goddess and Rose; they weren't fated either.

And because of this, he only chose those who were without connection to Fate to accompany him on his trip to level 3 civilization,

He thought the connection of others with Fate might expose him to Hypermind.

  And finally,

The story ended with Little Mortal telling the notebook about his meeting with Dark World Law,

Discovering his true supporter, the stories that Dark Law revealed about the cycle that forced their world to be divided into three parts due to the overpowered civilizations or creatures, and the era when the Dark world finally found 'Hope' in him.

And this 'Hope' wasn't only Little Mortal, but the combination of everything that was placed together in one zone,

Lubo, the unique birth treasures, Lilith, and everyone who 'played along' with Little Mortal in his journey!

"So, after I use that ball of raw Fate on Lubo, it can keep the planet intact and be separated from its resentment.

At the same time, with all of the 60 million newborns becoming level 10 creatures without their weakness,

I'm sure they can manage the planet in the best way possible.

Now add my body, which remains behind, to keep the Frontline effect active for as long as this world exists.

With all of this, don't you think we get the best possible ending?

I can even join my soul on the other side and see what's going on there.

I'm really curious about the 'afterlife'."

The notebook, after a brief silence, vibrated,

< But you aren't in the ending... >

  Little Mortal snorted,

"I wasn't in the story from the beginning.

This little soul in my body is nothing but a speck of 'Determination', driven by revenge, led by the forced 'Good nature' of my body.

The day that most of my soul left my body, I was already gone."

< How can you say that?

A speck of your soul leads trillions of living creatures under the same roof to have a fair place to live!

How can you say you are already gone! >

  Little Mortal shrugged,

" Anyway, this is what it is.

As I told you, my body was a forbidden existence from the start, and my soul is waiting for me on the other side.

So that's the best outcome for everyone.

  Right?"

  The notebook said reluctantly,

  < It is... But I don't accept it! >

Little Mortal was speechless, but didn't say anything else.

It was how things were going to end anyway.

But as their journey continued, a certain fanatic fan of his, determined not to give up and seeking a way to change his boss's destiny, finally found a way.

Or at least, that's what it thought.

The notebook, while Little Mortal was merging more and more space, tried to absorb the 'energy' involved in the process.

And as time passed, it actually succeeded in absorbing it.

But because it got stronger through this way, and became more and more involved with 'Dark-matter' and 'Dark-energy', its existence started moving into a certain category.

The category of forbidden existence, but one without a 'deal'.

It was at this point that some silver chains appeared out of nowhere to keep it under control.

Little Mortal was at a loss for words when he saw this.

"Little notebook, I'm pretty sure if the world were complete, you would be the reason for it to split into three parts again in order to seal you..."

  But the notebook didn't stop.

It knew that even the Dark World law, the real Big Brother, wouldn't stop it because its boss was the best candidate to fix the world's problem once and for all.

If Dark World tried to mess with it, its boss might actually slap its face!

Who didn't know Guardian Mortal, while reasonable, when it comes to his people, he could become unreasonable at any moment!

Like the rest of the birth treasures, it never believed its boss was only acting.

Part of his violent personality was for sure his own.

And the notebook's guess wasn't wrong either.

Both the world law and the Dark world law wanted to stop this notebook's action,

But one of them didn't have the power, because it was already in 'split' state, and the other one didn't want to risk its collaboration with a certain little guardian at this point in time.

Dark world law knew that after the Merge, this notebook could be controlled, and it didn't mind the notebook gaining some extra power.

That's why the only thing it did was to 'chain' it, preventing world law from making a desperate move on it.
