Hello there readers, been a while.

  But don’t you worry, the story hasn’t been dropped, no, not at all. For the past 2 months I’ve been hard at work improving things, and figuring out a real bad bottle neck when it comes to LLMs (Large Language Module)

  As this story is an experiment, testing to see how well I, using AI, can do to write high, or epic fantasy stories, it was bound to happen. I just didn’t think it would happen so soon.

  With how well the software had been doing rewriting chapters, I’d wrongly assumed it would be up to the challenge of writing a chapter on its own.

  I had been wrong, very, very wrong.

  While it could write, and reading wise, there was nothing wrong about it. However, nothing could be used, because everything in the chapter went against events that had happened before, and just the most basic logic of the series.

  There, my dear readers, I ran into the problem, and bottleneck, of what is known in the AI field, as CONTEXT.

  Counter to what you may hear, and read, there is no AI in the terms we view it from fiction. The LLMs are not self-ware, do not think, have no common sense, and are just as intelligent as a rock.

  A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.

  For LLMs to write, everything must be explained, outlined, and instructions extremely detailed.

  This took time, and using better paid LLM models, I have constructed a very dense Lore Bible for the LLM to reference. Plus me learning the steps and methods needed to provide the LLM the prompt tools required to write something useable.

  And boy, does it work. I still need to edit through it, but now 80 percent of the chapter it spits out, I can use.

  Which means dear readers, this story can finally start progressing forward again.

  And now with everything I’ve learned, and been forced to do, the first book of this story has been completely outlined, which is a first, since as a Pantser, I’ve always made things up as I went, chapter by chapter.

  Also, with the improvements, once more the early chapters have been redone. Since, in making the Lore Bible, things got changed, or no longer made sense. I also changed the writing style to something that I find to be far more engaging, and easier to read through.

  New chapters will be coming, so keep a look out.
